My journey in fitness began at the age of 13 when I first stepped onto the field for middle school football and baseball. Throughout high school, my focus shifted to baseball, and I was fortunate to play alongside and against some of the best talent, including major league scout teams and in prestigious events like the Under Armour All-America tournament. Competing at such high levels was a testament to my dedication and work ethic.
After high school, I continued my baseball career at one of Southern California's top junior colleges, further honing my skills and deepening my love for the sport. However, at 18, I decided to step away from baseball. Although my athletic career shifted, my passion for fitness remained unwavering. It became a central part of my daily routine, and I grew fascinated with the capabilities of the human body.
In June of 2020, I enlisted in the United States Army. During my service, I had the privilege of leading my platoon in daily physical training. I designed and implemented weekly and monthly workout programs, significantly enhancing our collective strength and cardiovascular fitness. My role as the platoon’s fitness leader was both challenging and rewarding, and it deepened my commitment to helping others reach their fitness goals.
